Sometimes the simplest thing can be the most beautiful. Sometimes, as I’m sure you’ve all heard many a time, less is more. Two short words lie at the heart of the wedding ceremony, each syllable imbued with a lifetime of meaning. The simplicity of this declaration makes it both eminently memorable and classically elegant.

It’s an old adage, but one that bears remembering; less is more. For a wedding that’s both elegant and simple (not too hard on you, your helpers, or your budget), try using only a single variety of flower. Each arrangement will be easier to create, and the mood will be consistent throughout.

The statuesque curve of a pure white Calla Lily makes it the perfect flower for this type of arrangement. A classic symbol of purity, tall Calla Lilies are one of the easiest flowers to arrange: simply place a few of these graceful blooms in a clear glass vase; they require no accent flowers and no filler. The arrangement is simultaneously modern and classic, elegant and easy.

To mix it up a little, try using Mini Calla Lilies for your table arrangements; the shape will give continuity, while their smaller size makes them ideally suited for centerpieces.
