TULIP VARIETIES


Flowerbud offers fresh Dutch Tulips year-round, and French Tulips and Parrot Tulips in the springtime, when they're in season. Our Dutch Tulips are the classic tulip, as popular as they are familiar. French (or "lazy late") Tulips share the simple, elegant shape of the Dutch varieties, but boast larger blooms and taller stems. Parrot Tulips, on the other hand, have none of the simplicity of standard tulips; these vividly colored flowers are unusually intricate, with a ruffled, scalloped appearance that gives them an almost surreal beauty.
