We will always do our best to ensure that you receive the freshest, most beautiful flowers possible. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will get in the way of that goal; in those cases, we will do our best to ensure that we resolve the situation to your complete satisfaction.
If, upon prompt retrieval from the shipper and adherence to our care instructions, your flowers do not last close to their expected vase life, we'll happily offer a replacement or credit toward a future order.
If your package is late or damaged upon arrival, please notify us immediately. As long as we hear from you within 10 days of the delivery date, we will be happy to replace the damaged items or offer you an appropriate credit.
