Shipping & Tracking

All of our flowers and gifts are shipped via FedEx, and Standard Overnight delivery is included in all of our prices. We charge a little bit extra when FedEx charges us: for upgrades to Priority Overnight ($10) or Saturday Delivery ($15), and for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii ($12).

Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive an email from us with the FedEx tracking number, so you can track your package on www.fedex.com. While we can't predict exactly what time of day your flowers will be delivered, we can tell you that the FedEx driver will usually leave them at your doorstep, even if no one is available to sign for them.

All orders placed by 11am Pacific Time Monday-Friday will be delivered the next day unless you specify a future delivery date. Flowerbud does not contact recipients to alert them flowers are going to be delivered.

Because all of our flowers are cut per your order and shipped overnight, delivery is not available on Sundays, Mondays or FedEx holidays. We are also unable to ship our grower-direct flowers outside the U.S. or to a P.O. Box. You may, however, order from outside the country if shipping to an address within the U.S.

Flowerbud.com cannot be held responsible for wrong addresses, delivery delays due to extreme weather conditions, government mandated agricultural inspections, or recipients unavailable to receive deliveries. Please contact hospitals to ensure recipients can receive flowers.

Please note—Changes to orders within 48 hours of shipment will result in additional charges:

  • Cancellation fee: $25
  • Change of Address fee: $10

Due to our extremely high volume of orders in the days prior to Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we cannot guarantee order or gift message changes within 48 hours of shipment. During these busy times, address changes are not possible within 48 hours of shipment. As always, please read over your confirmation email carefully and notify us immediately if any changes are necessary.
